Onanjath Wow. My album of the year for 2021! Motten has one of the most charming and wonderfully idiosyncratic voices that I have ever heard and an uncanny ability to craft clever, short hooks with ritualistic drums, electronics and acoustics arranged in a sort of goth-pop-meets-actual-séance atmosphere. Both of her albums are incredible and I strongly recommend you give her all of your money! Favorite track: As Small As We Are.

skiamakhos I love the layered vocals, Motten's awesome accent, and the fact that she uses so many different instruments across the album. Is that hurdy-gurdy I hear, and bodhran? And fretless bass on another track? It's the depth and complexity of her work that gets me. Fantastic. Favorite track: Alive.
